There are two churches in the town – Crail Parish Church, Church of Scotland and The Most Holy Trinity Church. The nearest Episcopal Church is in Pittenweem or St Andrews.

Worship:- Services are held on Sunday at 11.15am in Crail Parish Church in the Marketgate. Sunday evening services are held on the last Sunday of each month during the summer months at 6.30pm. There is also an early morning service during July and August held at 9.30am which lasts for half an hour followed by tea, proceeds to the Tear Fund.

Holy Communion is held on the fourth Sunday of February, June and October.

Crail Parish Church is linked with Kingsbarns Parish Church.

Enviornmental Services:There are currently two separate coloured bins provided for the collection of waste. Grey bins for non-recyclable waste collected every Friday. Blue bins for paper waste collected once a month.

Other items of refuse – such as household appliances etc are collected by arrangement with the cleansing department.

There are two private businesses that will follow the refuse uplift and clean the bins if contracted to do so.

The nearest Recycling points for all refuse are Charles Street Pittenweem, and at Morrisons Supermarket, St Andrews.

Smaller recycling points can be found at Crail Primary School and the Co-op in Anstruther.
